  • Return Request Window: Requests must be raised within 5 days of the delivery date.
  • Exchange Request Window: Exchanges can be requested within 10 days of the delivery date (only for size or an alternative product of the same value).
  • Damages/Incorrect Items: Must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • Item Condition: Products must be unworn or unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Shipping Fee: Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer (Self-shipping).
Refunds
  • Refund Option 1 (Preferred): 100% Store Credit, which is valid for lifetime.
  • Refund Option 2: 95% Refund to the original payment method (5% will be deducted towards shipping and handling charges).
