Return & Exchange Policy
Return & Exchange
- Return Request Window: Requests must be raised within 5 days of the delivery date.
- Exchange Request Window: Exchanges can be requested within 10 days of the delivery date (only for size or an alternative product of the same value).
- Damages/Incorrect Items: Must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Item Condition: Products must be unworn or unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Shipping Fee: Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer (Self-shipping).
Refunds
- Refund Option 1 (Preferred): 100% Store Credit, which is valid for lifetime.
- Refund Option 2: 95% Refund to the original payment method (5% will be deducted towards shipping and handling charges).
Exclusions & Important Guidelines
- Sale items and Made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

- Custom/Made-to-Order Delivery: Delivered within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Within India (Domestic)
- Free Shipping: All orders of ₹999 and above (including prepaid orders) receive free shipping.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Orders below ₹999 will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹149.
